Refund policy

As a small, handcrafted brand, we appreciate every order placed with Mackem Golf. If something isn't quite right, we'll always do our best to find a fair solution.

Returns

We offer a 14-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Returned with all original packaging and tags

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Returned products must arrive back to us in new, saleable condition and will be inspected upon receipt.

A 10% restocking fee applies to all approved returns and will be deducted from your refund amount.

Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns (United States)

Due to ongoing tariff and import complexities, we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns on orders shipped to the United States.


Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges. Returned items must be received in new, unused, and saleable condition before an exchange can be processed.

Once inspected and approved:

  • A 10% restocking fee will apply to the original item

  • An invoice will be issued for the shipping cost of the replacement item

Due to tariff-related issues, we cannot offer change-of-mind exchanges for orders shipped to the United States.


Handcrafted Quality & Warranty

Every Mackem Golf headcover is handcrafted by our small team and individually inspected before it leaves our workshop.

We take great pride in the quality of our products and stand behind our workmanship. While issues are rare, we understand that problems can occasionally occur.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault or workmanship issue, please contact us at info@mackemgolf.com with photos and details of the concern. Where appropriate, we'll work with you to repair, replace, or resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


European Union Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before funds appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Custom-made or personalised products

  • Special-order items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
