Shipping Information

We attempt to create & dispatch all items within 3-5 business days of purchase and all of our products are sent via Australia Post from our base in Perth, Australia. Each order is packed into a secure box and waterproof mailbags to ensure they get to you safely.

Shipping Costs

  • Within Australia –
    • Flat rate – Standard Delivery – $10
    • Free Delivery on orders of $125 or more
  • New Zealand
    • Flat Rate – Standard Delivery – $17
    • Free Delivery on orders of $175 or more
  • US Shipping (Tarriff's paid)
    • Flat: $50-$150
    • This is calculated by product order value to get a value of tarrifs which are paid on our side via Zonos. So no duties to be paid upon delivery/arrival.
  • Rest of the World
    • Flat Rate – $25
    • Some areas may need to have customs/import duties paid

Delivery Time Frames

The following are estimated delivery times:

  • Perth metro region – 2-3 business days
  • Regional WA – 4-7 business days
  • Interstate metro regions – 4-7 business days
  • Regional Australia – 5-10 business days
  • New Zealand – 7-14 Business Days
  • International – Times Vary, but expect at at least 10 business days.

During busy periods and holidays, these times may take longer, the above are guidelines, but if you need us to follow up, just get in touch.
